4. Borrower Obligations and Responsibilities

4.1 Payment Obligations

Borrowers must make payments as scheduled in their loan agreement. Payments are due on the specified due date each month and must be received by the institution to avoid late fees.

4.2 Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when applying for services and promptly notify us of any changes to your financial situation, contact information, or employment status.

4.3 Account Maintenance

Account holders are responsible for monitoring their accounts, reporting unauthorized transactions promptly, and maintaining sufficient funds to cover scheduled payments and fees.

5. Default Conditions and Remedies

5.1 Events of Default

Default occurs when payments are not made as agreed, when account terms are violated, or when there is a material adverse change in your financial condition that affects your ability to repay.

5.2 Consequences of Default

In the event of default, we may accelerate the debt, charge additional fees, report to credit bureaus, and pursue collection activities including legal action as permitted by law.

5.3 Cure Period

Where applicable, you may have a specified period to cure defaults before additional remedies are pursued. The cure period and requirements are outlined in your specific loan agreement.
